Welcome to Paddle Society. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make purchases on this site.

2. Account responsibility. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and at checkout.

3. Products and pricing. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Errors occur occasionally; we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full purchase price.

4. Payment. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other supported processors. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge it for your order.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including original apparel designs, the Paddle Society wordmark and crossed-paddle device, photography, and copy, is owned by Paddle Society or its licensors and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Branded paddles and bags resold on this site remain the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers.

7. User conduct. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to interfere with site operations, or to violate any applicable law.

8. Disclaimers. Products are sold as-is. We make no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
