How long does shipping take?

We ship from US warehouses. Apparel arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Paddles and bags arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Orders containing both will arrive in separate packages.

Are the paddles real branded paddles?

Yes. We carry paddles from established US-distributed brands. Each paddle on our site is the same product you'd find at any specialty pickleball retailer, sold at retail markup.

Do you make your own apparel?

Yes. Every shirt, hat, hoodie, and accessory in our shop is designed in-house. Printed on demand, so we don't carry warehouse-aged stock and you get a freshly produced item every time.

What's the quiz for?

Six questions, six player archetypes, one recommended kit. It's the fastest way to figure out which shirt, hat, paddle, and bag combination fits your playing style.

What if I don't fit the recommended kit?

The kit is a starting point, not a verdict. You can buy any single item from any archetype's collection. Mix and match freely.

Can I return apparel?

Defective or wrong-item returns are free within 30 days. Remorse returns (changed mind, wrong size) are accepted within 30 days at your shipping cost, provided the item is unworn and in original packaging.

Can I return paddles?

Unopened paddles in original packaging are returnable within 30 days; you cover return shipping and we apply a 10% restocking fee. Opened paddles cannot be returned for hygiene and play-condition reasons. Defective paddles are covered under the manufacturer warranty; we handle the claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US only. International shipping is on the roadmap once the US side is stable.

Who is behind Paddle Society?

Lost or damaged shipment, who do I contact?

Email support@paddlesociety.club with your order number within 14 days of expected delivery. We work with the carrier and either replace or refund.

How do sizes run?

Apparel uses standard US sizing. Each product page lists specific measurements. If you're between sizes, size up on hoodies and size true on shirts.
