Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned for a future phase.

Delivery times (US)

• Apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats, accessories): 3 to 7 business days from order placement, shipped from US Printful warehouses

• Paddles and bags: 2 to 5 business days from order placement, shipped from US TopDawg warehouses

• Orders that include both apparel and paddle/bag items will arrive in separate packages on potentially different days

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

 

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, email support@paddlesociety.club within 14 days. We will work with the carrier and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Address changes

If your order has not yet shipped, email support immediately and we will update the destination. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.

PO Boxes

Apparel can ship to PO Boxes. Paddles and bags cannot, due to carrier restrictions.
