Returns Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Apparel


  • Defective items or wrong items shipped: free return, full refund or replacement

  • Remorse returns (changed mind, wrong size, wrong color): return shipping is your responsibility. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging


Paddles


  • Unopened paddles in original packaging: returnable within 30 days; you pay return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies

  • Opened paddles: not returnable, for hygiene and play-condition reasons

  • Defective paddles: contact us immediately; we handle the manufacturer warranty claim and provide a free replacement


Bags


  • Unused bags in original condition: returnable within 30 days; you pay return shipping; full refund

  • Used bags: not returnable

How to initiate a return

Email support@paddlesociety.club with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us first; we cannot process unauthorized returns.


Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 days to post the refund to your account.

Final sale. No returns.
