AI Disclosure

Paddle Society uses AI-generated content as part of our marketing and customer communications. We believe in being transparent about what is and is not human-made.


What is AI-generated:

  • Some of our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube videos feature AI-generated characters or AI-augmented video. We disclose this on every video using the platform's "AI-generated content" label and on-screen text where applicable.

  • Some lifestyle and atmospheric imagery on our website is AI-rendered. Product photos that show the actual physical item shipped are real photography.

  • Customer service automated responses may use AI assistance. A human reviews any significant decision before it affects your order.


What is not AI-generated:

  • Our apparel designs are created by human designers

  • Our paddles and bags are real physical items sourced from established brands you can independently research

  • Reviews on our product pages are from verified purchases by real customers. We do not generate, buy, or solicit fake reviews.

  • Our policies, including this one, are written by humans


Why we disclose this

The Federal Trade Commission updated its endorsement guidance in May 2026 to require disclosure when AI personas appear to endorse products. Major social platforms have parallel rules. We follow these guidelines because trust is the foundation of a brand and because the rules are reasonable.
